Organizations can send customized invitations, negotiate and manage room blocks, as well as upload and manage attendee lists and run reports directly from the Meetingport tool. Once registered, attendees will be directed to the MacNairport online booking tool to make their travel arrangements. This tool provides access for either profiled or non profiled travelers to book their air travel to specific meetings. Travelers will be provided a link to a customized portal, through which they will access the MacNairport booking tool. The MacNairport site can be customized with travel policy and airline meeting discounts, and MacNair consultants will check meeting invitation lists to verify that the traveler is authorized to travel.
