MacNairport In the basic configuration, MacNairport offers you, your travelers, and your travel arrangers more control, choice, and convenience than ever before. Trips can be booked 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The program will allow travelers to book air
(including Low Cost Carriers like Southwest and Independence Air), car, and hotel reservations while saving money by managing and consolidating their travel. It provides a high level of security while offering around-the-clock booking capability from any internet browser on the planet.
MacNairport features low fees, high functionality, a simple learning curve and intuitive interface, and encourages travelers to select the lowest airfare offered.
In addition, each Basic Site reservation will be reviewed by Basic Quality Control which performs the following Q/C checks to ensure standard industry travel management compliance: 1) Project Code Data is captured, 2) standardized remarks about possible visa and passport
requirements for U.S. Citizens will be added, 3) emergency service phone numbers will be inserted in the itinerary, 4) remarks will be added regarding compliance with specific non-refundable flights, 5) frequent flier and individual membership and affinity codes will
be confirmed as submitted. Full service reservations will include the benefits of the Customized Quality Control Process. This site comes preprogrammed with MacNair's and American Express' special value discounts on air, car, and hotel. Organizations will also benefit
from our American Express negotiated discount programs as well as standard discounts specific to MacNair Travel. All MacNairport transactions will be included in your MIS reports for enhanced expense management.
MacNairport Plus Customers who select our MacNairport Plus process will receive all of the components of the basic MacNairport plus an enhanced site featuring select customization, WebConnect Fare Search,
Rail, Enhanced Quality Control, and Automated Pre-Trip Authorization. Each on-line reservation will receive the same quality control checks as the Automated Quality Control plus the following additional compliance checks:
1) lowest fare offered and exception code captured, 2) your organization's defined supplier agreement codes verified, 3) verification of your trip continuity, 4) selection of a seat assignment when available at the time of booking,
5) choice of five travel policies to support your organization's preferred supplier requirements, billing procedures, and purchasing guidelines, 6) loss savings tracking, 7) project code verification.
Full service reservations will include the benefits of the Customized Quality Control Process.
MacNairport Pro Customers selecting MacNairport Pro will receive all the functionality of both the MacNairport Basic Site and the MacNairport Plus Enhanced Site in addition to the following features:
- Customized Site Development - Your MacNairport Pro site can include your company's logo and site announcements. In addition, MacNair will provide consultation on payment policy to be programmed into the site,
consultation with preferred vendors to have negotiated rates loaded into our systems and to direct the programming of preferred vendors into GetThere, one yearly upload of a preferred hotel database, and yearly programming
of up to ten "reference points" for hotel search (company locations, client locations, etc.). MacNair will also offer consultation on default user settings (can be set up so that users either do or do not have the ability
to book travel for guests), a configuration of available Web Connect vendors, consultation on after-hours ticketing policy, a configuration of default flight search parameters (number of connections, alternate airports, time windows), and a yearly user list so that inactive users can be purged.
- Customized Quality Control - Each full service reservation and on-line reservation will receive the same quality control checks as the Enhanced Quality Control plus the following additional compliance checks: 1) reserve and monitor seat assignment opportunities; 2) run unique GoAwayDeals rate verification processes (tour operator, first class for coach, government hotel rates, etc.); 3) run daily fare review to check for a lower fare opportunities; 4) insert customized remarks; 5) advanced project codes maintenance; 6) advanced frequent flier program maintenance; 7) complex policy adherence checks; 8) proactive confirmation and assistance with all reservations placed on "hold" status.
- Customized Pre-Trip Authorization Enhancement - Includes the automated pre-trip authorization program where appropriate, but also allows for manual authorization processes to be customized to fit your needs.
In addition, MacNairport's Customized MacNairport Pro Site allows the encoding of your organization's Discount Programs (loaded into your site by the travel supplier); and the configuration of up to nine (9) travel policies each for air, car, and hotel
(including settings for Refundable vs Non-Refundable airfares, preferred carriers, use of flights requiring a stop or connection, penalty fares, and premium cabin usability).

Travelers can access their itineraries through the Sabre VirtuallyThere Web site after booking a trip through every level of MacNairport. VirtuallyThere enables travelers to access their travel information anywhere - online, via web-enabled phones or PDAs - anytime they need it. Through VirtuallyThere.com, travelers can obtain flight numbers and times,
receive notification of flight changes, access hotel and car rental confirmation numbers, book last minute hotel and car rental reservations, view maps, receive weather updates and destination information, download and print e-ticket receipts, and much more.
