When we receive the initial profile entry from a new client, we always follow up with a reply designed to fill in any blanks. We don't want to start the relationship with fuzzy or incomplete data. Then throughout the lifetime of our relationship (which we expect to be just that - a lifetime), we constantly add new data and make changes so that the information never goes stale. We expect our Perfect Profiles to stay Perfect!

For your convenience, we offer the three methods listed above for transmitting your travel profile information. Whichever system you choose, rest assured that a representative from our Perfect Profile Team will be in contact with you before, during or after your submission to fill in any blanks, ask you about special services you may require, and advise you on a variety of profile issues (e.g., is your emergency contact information clear and complete? Are you enrolled in the right membership/points programs so you can maximize your earned credits - under your company's guidelines?). No other travel company does it the Perfect Profile way.
