Online booking service fee via this site is $15.00 USD (non-refundable) per transaction. The maximum number of tickets per transaction is nine when all travelers are confirmed in one reservation. Purchasing more than nine tickets and/or the processing of travelers on separate reservation requests will result in additional online transaction fees.

Should you need the assistance of an agent, a service fee of $35.00 USD (non-refundable) per ticket will be charged for tickets issued via phone or email requests. Please note that all itinerary changes to NRA bookings must be made by contacting MacNair Travel Management at 866-887-0564 and/or via email at NRAMember@macnairtravel.com during the hours of 10:30AM-7:00PM M-F or by calling the airlines directly.

Only Bookings for the NRA Annual Meeting 2010 can be accepted though this site at this time. Tickets issued by MacNair Travel Management/American Express, the official travel management company of the National Rifle Association.
